• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order only if the item remains unopened, unused, and in its original condition with all packaging intact. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been opened, used, or are no longer in perfect operating condition. All sales are otherwise final. Products that are free from manufacturing defects and operate as intended are not eligible for return or refund due to changes in preference, tonal expectations, compatibility with other equipment, or other non-defect-related reasons.

• Refunds will be issued against the original form of payment and only for items in like new condition. If items are not in like-new condition, a 25% restocking fee may be applied. 

• Refunds may take 3-5 business days to be processed upon receiving the items. 

• DecadesPedals does not control how quickly your financial institution will post a refund.

• Orders may ship in as little as 1-3 days, however in some cases may take 1-2 weeks if an item is not readily available. 

• During peak traffic seasons such as Memorial Day or Black Friday, some orders may take longer to be filled. 

• USA Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.

• International shipping could take up to 14 business days.

• Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.
